Location
Five minutes to the Šárka valley, eleven to the Dejvická metro and twenty minutes to Troja. The surroundings of Lysolaj are full of cycle paths and trails, as well as renowned restaurants, such as the nearby Únětice Brewery. In addition to the beautiful countryside and pleasant tranquility, you will also appreciate the friendly neighbourhood community in Lysolaje and the many activities connected to it.

Architectural solutions
The Zátiší Lysolaje villa district was developed in co-operation with knesl kynčl architects. The keywords for the project are sustainability, timelessness, privacy and individuality, so smart solutions blend into the project from the architecture to the finest interior details. One example is the rainwater accumulation system, which will be used for irrigation of the gardens and parks. The project manager is doc. Ing. arch. Jakub Kynčl, Ph.D.

Architectural studio
Founded in 2001, Knesl Kynčl Architects studio consists of 30 architects and associates. The studio focuses on urban projects and the implementation of houses and villas, as well as the construction of multifunctional and public buildings. They hold several awards, and are one of the Top 100 architects as nominated by the ARCHITECT + magazine.

The architects have fully developed the positive aspects of the locality, near the natural monument 'Housle': the south-eastern orientation and the slope of the plot. Thanks to imaginative work with the terrain, you will be surrounded by greenery, and with a constant stream of daylight and fresh air.
